Summer Session is Almost Over

Well. I think now would be a good time to sign off from this journal.

I’m glad a lot of incoming freshmen/new students found these student journals helpful.

I had a great year in Foundation and I hope to have three more great years in graphic design as well as in illustration.

Have a good summer, everyone. =) See you in the fall!

Wow, Almost Over!

Summer I is almost over, wow!

Next Sunday is Father’s Day
The following Friday, I believe, marks the one week mark until finals. D: OMG.

Mr. Reeder said that for our philosophy midterm we can use our notes. :| Ummm, I need to go over my notes because some of the things in there are one word long. xD

Can’t wait, though!

School, Wizards and Fun

School is going smoothly. I got a B on my second homework assignment in Texts & Contexts. So an A plus a B averages out to what…? Whatever. Philosophy is philosophical as usual, sans God-Man (we didn’t read any on Thursday!)… We’re getting our fill of Plato and his dialogues on the trial and death of Socrates, though.

Friday I went to see KoozĂ„ with my mom. It was great! I had never been to a Cirque du Soleil show before, so this was truly an experience. I don’t have any pictures (surprise!) because cameras, cell phones, and video recorders are prohibited at Cirque shows. Understandably so. =)

Yesterday I indulged in some geekdom and went to Wizard World Philadelphia. It’s my second time going, and though it was great, it wasn’t as awesome as it was in 2005. I met up with Matt at the train station and while sitting on the train Jake and Kelly got on, too, going to the same con. At 8th & Market, we met up with Kaitlin and walked to the Pennsylvania Convention Center. We had a great time. Later on we had to leave to get Brianna and go back. We played the game involving the Wizard Wheel of Doom and we each won something (sans Jake, Kelly, and Kait; the former two left early and the latter didn’t want to answer questions). =) Great times.

In other news, I have an interview at 7:30 PM tomorrow.

Who does that?

Fun & Volume

I’ve never heard a bigger “F**K YOU!!” in my entire life until today during texts & contexts.

Way to go, Mr. (Dr.) Antinoff, you have officially made my day. :)

Summer I

Texts & Contexts is a pretty cool class, but for some reason I feel really awkward in there. :\

Intro. to Philosophy… I have two words for this class: God-Man. xD
